Who:

• Adults and children in need of H1N1 vaccination, seasonal flu shot, Fluzone High-Dose or flu mist immunization

Cost:

Flu shots are $33 or covered by Medicare Part B. Borgess VNA Home Care now accepts ALL Part B plans. Please bring your Medicare Part B insurance card with you (this is the same card that covers your doctor visits). Pneumonia shots are $60 and typically covered by Medicare Part B as well. For healthy individuals between the ages of 2 and 49, we will again offer access to the Flu Mist nasal spray for $33. We accept MasterCard, Visa, check or cash. If you are paying for your immunization(s), we will give you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company or flex plan for reimbursement.
