Borgess Visiting Nurse is the oldest provider of home health care in southwest Michigan, serving the counties of Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph and Van Buren.
Borgess Visiting Nurse provides wide-ranging skilled home care, from IV and medication management to rehabilitation services to specialty cardiac and pulmonary support. So whether you need physical therapy after a knee replacement or follow-up nursing care after a heart-related procedure, you can stay at home—worry-free.
Seven days a week, from two hours to 24 hours a day, we’ll be there when you need us to help you or your loved one live as independently as possible. Our experienced registered nurses supervise all of our services including personal care, meals, medication assistance, transportation to appointments, shopping, companionship and conversation.
Borgess Hospice delivers compassionate services that focus on the comfort and security of patients as they journey toward end of life. Working alongside a patient’s loved ones, our professionals may provide medication and symptom management, physical, occupational and speech therapy, dietary counseling, emotional, spiritual and bereavement support, and recreational and art therapy.
